Reports have come in that State Governer Weiner's proposal for Net Neutrality has been killed and the one who did this is CCC (Communications and Conveyance Committee) chairman Miguel Santiago. He was bought out by Major ISPs to do their bidding to water down the Net Neutrality bill that Weiner wanted to pass which would garentee anti-Zero Rating on top of Type 2 protections. Now it's dead in the water and California is without any protections that garentee them full protection.
