Hi after some of the bad press bronies have been getting in the media with regard to certain radio interviews etc I am hoping to get some interviews with members of the less dark side of brony culture. If you/anyone you know is interested then please contact me via my e-mail, all interviews can be conducted only over the web and if you choose you can remain anonymous. XO if it doesn't let you directly e-mail me through this site (which i'm new to) please message me on here
Does this count as spam?He posted this in another thread. Also..uhh...hi?Wee dont allow spam here.Plus this is the wrong area. This should be moved to community discussion.
I am kinda of the dark kind, but I could probably present a case of why the dark side of bronydom ain't that bad. Or just focus on the innocent aspects and how ponies have improved my life, if you are intrested.
Hi, if you have come here for the sole purpos of advertising your interview then you have come to the wrong place not to be rude or anything WELCOME! enjoy your stay Please do take the time to read our rules and guidelines. Click for rules
I can't help but notice, CAGBO, that you come to this website asking for ponies personal information about being a brony, but you yourself---- Have not spent time here getting to know and making friends with the many other ponies here--- Have not posted an avatar--- Have not posted your location--- Have not posted any information about your interests and the like on your profile--- Have not posted anything about yourself anywhere--- What is a pony, like myself, supposed to think about that. . . . ? The Spam Lord is here, ready to interview ?
Guys, just to remind you this is not actually against the rules since it is not for third party gain. It's just a survey of sorts so that he can accumulate some information.
Exactly what i'm having issues with. We don't know this guy one bit. His intentions are vague. He won't let us know him. And in the time he's been here, he hasn't bothered at all to try and get to know us. He hasn't even modified his profile with any kind of information. All he's here for is advertising that vague interview of his. I don't help people who only have themselves in mind. I'm not stopping anyone from getting interviewed by him, but i don't trust it one bit.
Then how about we leave it for now. I'm interested in helping, but if the interviews are not needed immediately, then we should let him into the community. Let him socialize and interact with everyone else. If things go well, then I think we can trust him as far as an interview goes.
I understand, and I'm a bit skeptical myself. But if we don't give them a chance, then we can't really call ourselves an accepting community now can we? I'm all for taking precautions, but we can't assume the worst in some based on what others have done. We should take this opportunity to show that not all bronies are in the "darker" part of the fandom.
My thoughts exactly, however poorly I may have stated them in my previous post. Socialize and be friends to us ponies first all you would be interviewers, let us get to know you, then interview those bronies who want to engage in that sort of interplay.
Already sent a PM about that interview, he hasn't responded yet. By the way, what exactly did Tara say we should avoid?
There's more to "being an accepting community" than just accepting everyone and everything that comes your way for what it is. What you're talking about is downright foolish. If this guy wants to interview me, he can start by earning my complete trust. Right now i don't have any reason to tell him anything.
