There is no FiM beach and harbor episode yet. But Sea Swirl has a dolphin cutie mark, there was a paper boat and there is a beach ball.
true. possibly that Ponyville, and places from season 1 and 2 weren't anywhere near coast. however, there are ponies that may not be from Ponyville, but grew up somewhere near coast, then moved to Ponyville.
I think that they may go on a cruise. If you were a producer, think of all the Titanic style references you could get in there, Rarity on a sun lounger trying to get out of the shade but always failing, Fluttershy talking with dolphins, Rainbow Dash ironically getting sea-sick.....see, I could write my own episode! :derpe:

I actually wouldn't mind seeing the infamous sea ponies return in G4. :Trollestia: After all, they already turned Rarity into a flutter pony for one episode, didn't they?
