Changeling: An MLP Version of Mafia (Sign-up)

You wake up in an unfamiliar room. It is empty except for a bed, a window, and a door. You head outside to try and clear your head and make sense of the situation, yet you don't recognize the town you're in at all. Stranger still, it is completely empty. You wander around town, calling out for anypony who might be alive, when you notice a tree in the town square. You are drawn towards the tree. As you enter the town square, you see others come to observe the tree as well. You don't really say anything to each other, you are mesmerized by the tree, that you notice has a note... and a noose. You get closer to examine the note:

"Greetings, poor victims. You all have been chosen for a little game I have devised. None of you have ever met, and not all of you are getting out of here alive, for some among you, are Changelings. You may notice the noose on this tree; it is your one tool for executing these Changelings. If you manage to kill all the Changelings, you get to leave. However, if the Changelings manage to kill all of you, they get to leave. So be careful who you kill...

You look around at the strange ponies you are stuck with in a new, more deadly light... Any one of them could be a Changeling, but who?

Welcome to Changeling, an MLP style Mafia game!

For those of you unfamiliar with Mafia, its a forum game where the object is to wipe out the other side completely. No, this is not like most RP's where you have to stay in character and such, this is a forum game, though there are RP-ish elements to it so I figured it better fit here. If you have any questions, just ask.

RULES:
There are two sides: ponies and Changelings. There are more ponies than there are Changelings. The ponies win the game if they lynch all the Changelings, and the Changelings win if they shave down the ponies' numbers to be either equal to theirs, or less than. The game takes place in two phases: the day phase and the night phase. During the day phase, the ponies will talk amongst themselves and vote on who to lynch. The pony with the most votes at the end of the day phase is lynched, and their role is revealed. During the night phase, the Changelings will talk amongst themselves in private and decide on who to kill, then send me their decision. The other roles that have night actions are also performed at this time. Once I have messages from the Changelings and the other roles, I announce who has died and the next day phase begins. This repeats until either side wins.

ROLES:

Ponies:

Guard: The guard can choose one pony to protect at night. If the Changelings attack that pony, they don't get killed. They send me the name of the pony they wish to protect during the night phase.

Detective: During each night phase, the detective can send me the name of a pony they want to investigate, and their role is revealed. They can only do this for one pony each night phase.

Scapegoat: The scapegoat thinks they are a normal pony, but will appear as a Changeling to the detective.

Everyone else is a normal pony. If I get a lot of people signing up, I will add more roles.


Changelings:

The Changelings will be told who each other are. During each night phase, they will decide on a pony to kill. THIS DECISION MUST BE UNIVERSAL FOR ALL CHANGELINGS! Discussions should be held in private messages so everyone doesn't know who they are.

So after we get enough ponies to sign up, I will select the roles at random and you will be PM'd with your role. Good luck.
