Alright, concept and background story is simple, the ponies have created a building material that allows all non-pegasus beings to stand on clouds, and Celestia commissions a city up to built up in the sky. The city is unveiled to the world to much fanfare, but eventually goes missing after sometime. After a few years, it reappears not far from Manehatten but anyone that gets close to it gets vaporized with magic bolts. There have been secrets that someone has found a way into the city and the princess herself has issued bounty for information on it's disappearance, reappearance, and hostility. Why not give a quick investigation? What could go wrong? It will include magic with a hint of pony racism and class warfare. And yes, it is based off of Bioshock Infinite.
