The baseline given was 35+5+perks. I had started off with 35, and chose to edit to match the Ryborians. I am well aware that it makes them OP. That is why I limited the final population to 25,000.

If it doesn't bother anyone, i'll come by some kind of ships (barrels of wood strappeed together tightly to prevent the water from soaking it) Character Name: Velvet Haze Nickname (Optional): The WindLady Title: Cap'n Age: around 20. Weapons: She prefers not to fight, staying a diplomat and a Ship's lady. But when in need, she uses her charms and witchcraft powers (explaned lower) to escape battle at any cost. Personality: Sweet with her crew, but always ready to prove her strenght. She's a pirate at heart and not serious enough, though she can be autoritary when in need. Background: Born in her zebra homeland (give it a name if you want, i'm not the DM), she quickly gained a sense of leadership at a young age.
