For some, it is tax day, for others, just another date. Well, believe it or not, it's the anniversary of my sudden receipt of power on Everypony. Still getting played. Who would've guessed that it would've survived more than 12 months? I can't quite remember the exact date it rolled out, but here it is still, waiting to be played. In fact, tomorrow (Saturday) SirSPT is hosting a game! It's open for a general range of players, and there will be a number of us I already know who will be in attendance. Sadly, I'm not the biggest reader of blogs, and I've been mostly answering emails, and delegating from areas you can't see me from. My friend, and co-worker, known to you as Quill Inkwell led me here as a new place that we could find our Role-Playing roots. You see, we had previously been RPing on TVTropes. Which, while okay, was a bit ugly, and populated with much more than just ponies. So it wasn't the best for focus. Though... I did have a fun RP as Daniel Fortesque in the Portal Lab. It wasn't long before I had made some friends, who I still know and talk to today, and had a good number of fun games. Of course, there was still a time where I was absent for a while, but depression doesn't last forever, I've found. Eventually, I found my spot on staff as the FanFic moderator when Aynine stepped down from the position. Originally it was going to be Quill's spot, but he was going through a very busy time without internet contact, so I was next choice. (Always feels good to be second choice!) Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly the details from then, but from my position I did what I could as a part of Everypony. Devised EPRP from scratch, made more smilies for us to play with, (including some you've never seen,) and tried to ensure that it was proper FanFics getting approved. I ended up as RP mod a week or two into the EPRP test plays. Makes sense, yes? After that, I ended up Forum mod for about a week before Zephyr, possibly seeing a likewise individual, offered me the position I'm in now. Emote for Tyro -> So a year has passed. Friends have come and gone... but I'm happy with those who have stayed... and miss those who are gone. So here for another day, another week, another month, and another year. Here's to EVERYPONY!
