Well, I figured that since we have a global community appreciation thread, why no make one specifically for those that run the show! Running this sight and keeping the peace CANNOT be an easy job! And I know I'm thankful for the strong mods that are able to keep their sanity about them when things seem to be a neverending torrent of terribleness! So here's to you staff members! Thank you for everything you do for us, to all the DJs that give us music and take requests, to the community patrol that helps keep the peace between the ponies, to the chat mods that keep everyone in line, to the archivists and forum mods that keep things smooth and spam free! and of course I have to personal shout out almost every staff members I can think of. To Derpy: Derpy, you're doing such a great job as the Derpminastrator! I'm glad we had you around when Grey had to step down from his position, you've been doing a great job and my only regret is that we never get to talk more! Hopefully this can change, but until then keep up the great work, I hope you're able to last for a very long time! You've always had my support. To GreyNightmare: I'm glad you're still able to help out and hang around Everypony every once in a while, it's great when I get to see you. You were a great first administrator of EveryPony, and I'm sorry that life just seemed to hit you with a brick wall. I know you had gone through some rough times, but I'm glad you can still meander about. It's always exciting to "see your face" when on EPR or whenever I can manage to snag you on Skype. I hope we can to talk more! To FoxyTail: Oh Foxy! You were probably the first moderator/DJ I initially got to know the best, thus you were the first staff members I really liked before I got to know the rest of the crew. You're very active here and for that I thank you, as well as being extremely kind but stern when the time demands a firm hoof. I also hope you and Flash are together forever, it's the most adorable pairing. All the Floxy pictures that are made keep making me d'awww, so if I die from squee overload it's your fault But, anyway! I hope that you have a long run at your position because you handle it well, you're good about listening to problems and about fixing them and that's key when online, now isn't it? To Viper: ~viiiipeeeeeer~ Oh Viper, silly silly Viper. You make my day whenever skype decides to let me know your online. We totally need to talk more, granted... I do have a cell phone. Did I ever tell you I'm the WORST texter on this planet? Anyway! I remember when you first started DJing. Didn't you pull a double-digit shift? And how can we forget the *squee!*y Rarity song you had a love for and still have a love for? You were definitely the most hilarious DJ of that generation, and just to think, we met after you banned my boyfriend from the stream for five minutes. XD Ah, good times, wasn't it? I wish I could catch you around more, you make it so much fun! To Darthy: I'm glad to say I've never had the displeasure of you talking to me as a Staff Members, so that means no pony has a problem with me, which is always nice. And I'm sure you do just fine at your job cause you still have it! But you do so much! You help with problems, you keep up with facebook, all while managing to still hang around the community while on Skyrim! Your multitasking skills are quite impressive, Darthy McFyrePants! I'm glad to know you and call you my friend! To Zephyr: Zephyr. I love you. You are the DJ I'm closest to that actually still DJs on a semi-regular basis, my only regret is that I haven't been able to catch you DJing in a really long time! But I love how you know my requests so well that I literally don't have to say a word! I was so excited the day they released the names of the new DJs and you were one of them. You are a great DJ, you're fun and down right hilarious to be around. Hopefully I"ll be able to catch more of your DJing sessions because I'd love to give you my request nuke again ;D Hehehe,, keep up the awesome work Zephyr, until I catch you on Skype! <3 To Lupr: Oh Lupr. You are a great chat moderator. I've seen you deal with different problems with the poise and grace of a great mod and for that I'm thankful. You know when to ban, when not to ban, you know how to give warnings without sounding mean and you know when to clear chats. You're extremely fair and completely unbiased, something that is really hard to come by when mixed with the other traits I mentioned. I hope you have a long run as the EPR chat mod, because you are great at your job, but you're also a great friend! To Berry Punch: OH Berry Punch. I know we don't know each other a whole lot, but you are a great DJ too! I love your DJ sessions as well, and I just wish we could know each other a little better. There is never a dull moment in chat with you, and you are definitely know how to please the crowd! Keep up the great word! To Former Staff Members Flash & R: I had the pleasure to know both of you while you were on staff and I must say, I loved when I got to talk to you guys. R, I can still hear you playing games in my head, your playing games on skype tend to have highly amusing commentary. I'm sad to say I don't think I caught many DJ sessions with either of you, and even though you are no longer on staff, I still appreciate your service when you were on staff. And I hope to catch you guys around some time! Scythe: I don't get to see you very often and usually the only time is when you're popping in to help keep chat in line. I really miss talking to you, and I hope that we can chat some more some time. But I thank you for being such a good mod, your lurking skills are insane and actually kind of scary! May you have a long reign of DJ/modness! To other staff members I may not have mentioned: If this is the case, it means I don't really know your position which means I never had to deal with the realm in which your position covers. But this doesn't mean I appreciate you any less, because that's not the case. I appreciate everything you guys do, because it means you help keep the sight running smoothly which is nice for me and all the other regular members. I hope you guys have a great run at your positions, and who knows, maybe we'll cross paths - of course, that means fan fic archivists... I really wouldn't want to cross paths if I'm getting in trouble D: But yea! Thank you for everything you do! You guys are the reason EveryPony is still up and running, and I thank you greatly for that. There is no way to explain just how much I am thankful for all you guys! Love, the Harlz <3

And I feel terrible for forgetting somepony that I've known since before they got a position here on EPR... and that's the ever so amazing ePony! I am so sorry I forgot you in my initial post! I knew I was forgetting somepony but I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out who I was missing! As it turns out, it was you! One of the most famous members of all time, it would seem! Hehe. But ePony, even though I've never had to deal with you as a staff (and hopefully I never have too!), you are a great source of friendship. There is just something about you that makes me feel instantly comfortable when you're around. I miss getting to talk with you more, because honestly, we don't see each other enough! You always pop on right as I leave or vice-versa, but hopefully that'll stop soon! But keep up the good work ePony, and hopefully I'll never have to deal with you as a staff members! Cause that'd mean Harley's in twouble D: :3 I luff you!
Signs of good staff - I'm really not even sure who is staff and who isn't! And I say that's a good sign, because in some places they tend to lord it over you, which is very annoying. In any case, thanks for all the hard work you do! I really appreciate it!
I love almost all of the staff, but I respect all of them. They all do a wonderful job of keeping this place great!
I don't care who is staff or not staff, I care who I consider staff. And those are the people I respect. Some more than others, but that's not the point. The point is I respect the opinions of you all, and think you all do a good job of whatever. Except for one, who shall not be named. Get off you lazy posterior and stop playing Skyrim all day! I have been in there a few times lately, but I tend to spend most of my time on the forum and on Skype. I should stop slacking and get my flank in EPR once in a while.
