Which might seem shameless, but is still better than ignoring the people's opinions entirely, no? I mean, it's one thing if a candidate is changing their opinions as they move from state to state, and something else entirely if the candidate has a legitimate epiphany and switches sides before declaring what their platform will be for their reelection campaign. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.
As long as Obama kills this bill, his motives are irrelevant. Not that he has much choice now if he want to have any chance of being re-elected. Still, the bill will have a hard time passing now, that is what is important .
The SOPA Bill is like The D.A.R.E Program. It doesn't stop people from doing it, it just increases the factor of people doing so. This bill has no chance of passing that the state it is in and Reddit and Wikipedia going in to protest is even more good news. DEATH TO SOPA!!!
