[size=+1]Cuties[/size] There are things far, far larger and more powerful than anything that Equestrian kind has seen that lurks away from prying eyes, just outside of explored areas. They're harsh creatures out there. They hold tight to what they can use, making sure to get the fullest use out of these commodities. Dark creatures standing as antitheses to the world of light and peace shown by...most ponies. Outside of even their own cultures, these creatures are the fuelling a market in a very certain pet. Some are dopey creatures of incredible bulk looking for something small, cute and cuddly to keep around. It's nothing more than something to be looked after, like a hamster. It's put in it's cage when it's no longer required to sing and dance. Escape attempts tend to fall flat, ending in a fist. They say that there's some dragons that get lonely and so seek out these pets. And they say that creatures larger than bulls roam far-off continents, ransacking towns and taking prisoners to play with later on. The best of them are kept as trophies. However, some find this market rather beneficial. These ponies are perfect, whisked away under all noses and without prior knowledge, and an easy source of bodies for whatever task. Servants or bodies of which to syphon off the adoration of their dearly missed loved ones, these are all easily acquired through this niche market with minimal fuss. If there is a talent or skill that's lacked, then simply requisition for something special. Scheming creatures of cunning and wit, bide their moment to attack while feeding from those purchased. The funny thing is, I refer to more than one. This company has remained quiet and out of the way for generations, picking off every pony they can. Detectives have been baffled by the stacking missing ponies cases for years, unable to find any trace of their whereabouts. The most staggering piece of evidence is a trail of cat paws at three different scenes, linking only them together. Until now, of course... They have finally found a clue to these disappearances. Along with a trail of cat paw prints, a small pendant has been dropped. It's small, shiny object that shouts, screams and moans if you put it to you ear. Most experts are baffled but a specialist is being brought in to study the object and speak at greater length on what it could be. Biography: Born in Manehattan on a rainy night, Sparrow was named of her mother's love for birds. Mrs. Rose died two days later, filly Sparrow in her hooves. He was always going out helping his dad apprehend criminals. While steel had a closer connection to his mother, crimson was closer to his father. After helping out his father apprehend a mob boss, he left to Manehatten to train as a detective unlike his brother who moved to Canterlot to become a lawyer. Personality: Arrogant, underlying melancholy, charismatic, and slightly paranoid. Powers, Special Skills and Abilities: Some knowledge with a variety of weapons from his ex-mobster background, remarkably fast for a griffin due to the two animal types, maintains some connections from his mobster history for information, above average vision compared to ponies (not the best among other griffins), and passionate in his search. Biography: He was born into a mobster family of griffins, and raised to be a part of the family business. As he learned from his father and older brothers, he started to become gradually more arrogant at how good he was getting. Some of what could be attributed to his success is that he's always been just the slightest bit paranoid, so he tends to play it safer than other members of the family. One day, a wrench was thrown into the machination of their lives. He had become smitten with a lovely mare. They started dating, and it seemed like nothing could go wrong in his life... until the day she went missing. His mood changed drastically, and he has been tirelessly searching for her. The rest of his family suspects a rival mob kidnapped her, but he has heard whisperings of another sort that have made him wonder. His paranoia hasn't steered him wrong so far. Name: Snow Scraper Age: 24 Race: Unicorn Appearance: He has a dark blue coat, with almost gray eyes. His hair is braided and wrapped around his neck. His tail is a little longer then average, and is also lightly braided. Personality: Soft Spoken, Shy, Can get easily distracted. However, he has a keen eye, can examine a building or anything related to buildings in a few moments with extreme detail, and when he feels he is right can become quite insistent and stubborn. Powers, Special Skills and Abilities: His ability to scan buildings for any faults or weaknesses. His acute ability with his telekinetic powers. Sketching out plans or details. His Guard Training can often come in handy as he is decently skilled in most weapons, but will rarely ever take charge unless his skills are very needed. Biography: He was born into a small, middle class family in Canterlot. From the day he could wander out, he adored buildings. Their history, their culture, and the beauty they represented. Nearly a genius in that regard, he lacked one thing that would allow him to become a prominent architect. His family had no connections. In a city ruled by Nobility, that can very well be a death sentence to some professions, and architecture is one of them. But he was determined to set himself up as a grand designer. And the one building he adored the most was the Royal Palace. So why not work there? But the only position he could obtain was a guardsman. Thinking it could set himself closer to the Princess, he readily accepted and tried his best. He failed miserably. However, his determination caught the eye of the recruiter and eventually he did hoof his way up into at least, a guard position near the Princess. And he could thank that position to his first Guard Recruiter. He gave Snow chance after chance to prove himself, and when he finally did, the recruiter gave him the closest position he could have. Snow owed him everything. And then he vanished. Thin air. Not a trace was found. Snow was shocked, and a volunteer mission was set up to find him, Snow was the first to sign up.
