Dealing with an Adult child.

So today I took the bus to go to a store down the street. On the way their a person who had been banned from the 7 Eleven I worked at spent the entire time I was on the bus insulting me. I reply once, and didn't even look in his direction. He accused me of being racist, made false statements about where I work, called me a cracker and a fairy. I sadly laughed out loud when he called me a fairy, it just seemed like a stupid accusation to make.

I think aside from laughing I handle myself pretty well. As I got off the bus he called me a *squee!*ot and spit out the bus, although he didn't spit out the bus until I was well past the door so I don't understand the point of that.

The guy was banned from my store multiple times for stealing alcohol, and finally for stealing ice. It's sad the bans from stealing alchohol didn't stick but I'm kind of bad with faces and I thought there were two people who looked similar and I was trying to be a ass if I had the wrong guy. However by the time he started stealing fifty-four cent cups of ice I knew he didn't have a look a like.

The accusation he made about the store was that we didn't give cash back, that we wouldn't load people cards, and that we had no right to tell people to leave their bags at the door. Normally we do give cash back but there are times when we can't because we're low on cash in the store. From 9 PM to 6 AM we do not do money orders or load cards and apps. This is the bosses policy and honestly were not the only business to stop those sort of things at night. The same with the backpack policy, other convenience stores, Smith and even K-Mart will ask that you leave your backpack up front.
