Her offcial name is Lily Blossom but im sure nopony would mind if we changed her name to Lily Hooves or we could simply make up a colt friend for her <3
There are far more ponies that have an even closer resemblence to Derpy Hooves. In fact, Derpy Hooves was actually the original "generic background pony template" until someone dun goofed on the eyes by accident. Because of the Derpy Hooves fandom, the animators decided to make other pony models to serve as background fillers, but some of the older "derpy hooves" models are still in several episodes. btw, the pony you're reffering to is actually named Cloud Kicker by fans.
