So, I've prepared the bunker, complete with flame war extinguisher, twitter for updates from the writers, and snuggly time blanket As for whether or not the fandom will die it has been a privilege being in the fandom
Honestly, it's hard to tell at this point The cutie mark is the same, but the wings are in a different position, not to mention the My Little Pony logo, although it's old, China is WAY stricter than US when it comes to certain laws. Then of course we have that comment from Twitter by Meghan about a " smashing" Fluttershy moment
Uh, TaoBao is known for there knockoffs, not limited to just MLP. EQD has featured their silly random non-official pony figures for quite sometime now. There is no flame war to be had. And China might be more strict in certain aspects, copyright and intellectual property is not one of those things. Some people call China the counterfeit economy for the crapload of fake goods that come from there. Harsh, but not necessarily false.
They've taken the opportunity to troll those like you, actually. Because you're letting something this silly bother you.
Actually, I don't care whether or not Fluttershy's an alicorn, now that Twilight is one. Note: the joking manner of the OP I'm worried about the flame wars that the Brony fandom is infamous for.
I love the Brony drama. It's one of the things that keeps me in the fandom. I became a Brony in early February of this year, and I've already lived through half a dozen "End of the Fandoms."
Including Discord. Seriously tho, supposedly this is just a ripoff from a ripoff company and nothing to worry about. Woo hoo.
Hmm. The Iris of the eye seems too plain too. The Iris of Brushable toys are always somewhat gradient. Don't now why I felt I had to throw that on the pile, but anyway, preeeetty sure this's fake. A pretty horrifying thought though...
