Effectively cancelling the attack, the Dragonborn then swung his sword at Frank ( this is where the No kill part comes in if Dovahkhiin is successful in the roll, then Frank will get a small cut, only touching the very edge of the sword. If he isn't successful, Frank will either counter with a non-lethal blow, or disarm Dovahkhiin)
