    I'm considering picking up German in my free time. Is there anyone here that speaks German that I could practice conversations with?

    I'm fairly good at figuring out languages, so I feel like I'd learn it fairly quickly despite my lack of formal training.

    I know for a fact that I know a bit of German, and so does Flash and Testyal1.
    Flash is German, so he's the go-to guy for this. But to my knowledge, me n' Testy are glad to help.

    I'm taking german lessons in school, but I suck at it because it becomes extremely booring when you don't have anyone else to talk to. I would love to practise german with you! :D

    But, yeah, I speak German wherever possible, as well as Finnish and Russian, with a bit of Japanese tossed in too.

    I lived in Germany for three and a half years, so yes, I can speak it. Though I fear I have forgotten a lot of it. I can understand perfectly but... speaking, not so good.
