It came to me in a dream..... not really, I just thought it up after watching The Dark Knight Rises for the millionth time. Maybe a little inspiration from the Arkham video games? Tiny little bit from Crimson Lionheart 's collaboration project with the whole Downfall parody thing. My hope is like some kind of thing where we're doing some stuff as the people of Gotham City, maybe eventually finding ourselves getting together some day in the distant future. Basically, we start out choosing who we are, then proceed with possibly, hopefully various different people in Gotham, and I think we could tinker with the concepts, I think it would be nice to stay with a preset concept for you character. Hopefully, you choose the epic versions of your characters (for example, the Nolan version of Joker and Bane, and several other characters, and since we already know who I'm choosing, I'm going with Arkham Knight for Scarecrow...) instead of those old bums from the old, live action series. So pick your person, and let's see what we can do.
I feel that I would be remiss if I failed to claim Batman. Either Dark Knight, Arkham, or TAS, whichever would work best.
My hope is that there would possibly be video projects, or something of a sort where we would vote towards a sort of project and just go on with that. It would hopefully evolve into possibly like a movie of our own? I'm not quite sure yet, and that's why I wanted the people. To help me decide on what sort of project to do, but I did have this idea of creating video origin stories/profiles. - - Auto Merge - - Personally, Arkham seems best, at least to me, although Nolan has the best bat-mobile by far.
Personally, I've always considered Batman: The Animated Series to be the best representation of Batman. The more modern versions focus too heavily on his vehicles and gadgets, while downplaying his true skills as the World's Greatest Detective. Also, the 1989 Batmobile is clearly the most iconic.
I completely agree, but I'm just saying that the Arkham seems keen on his detective abilities while also allowing some focus on his gadgetry. I believe that also, as Batman becomes more modern, his detective skills would likely have to involve more of his devices due to the various technological advancements over the years. I think that it would likely be necessary to make batman a little more modern due to the fact that we would have villains using advanced technology, making it a little bit more necessary to use certain devices. Also, on the Bat-mobile, I do completely agree, I was just giving my personal thoughts. I just really like Nolan's version. Remember, this is just a suggestion from myself. I've been looking around the Batman universe for some time, so I know a few hings that most people don't. Just saying. Plus, like I said, feel free to modify and custom a little bit whilst staying to the true nature of your character. The one thing I've never seen Arkham use is Batman's skill at escape artistry. Plus, if you feel like Batman cheats a little too much, feel free to lessen his ability to find computer data wherever you feel.
