I'm not sure if this is the right place to post something like this or if I should post it at all, but I felt the need to write about it. Everything I'm gonna say is the truth and I don't want to come off as joking or trolling. So, the thing is that last night I had a dream about MLP....yeah. Now, I'm not sure how many people will see this as weird but it is EXTREMELY odd to me. I hardly ever have dreams and when I do I forget what happened in them as soon as I wake up. This particular dream however was completely coherent and I have perfect recollection of it, which honestly freaks me out. Anyway, I guess I'll tell you what happened in this dream, and as a side note I've no idea for certain if I was human or a ponified version of myself, but I think I was more likely ponified.....*clears throat*: "So apparently I've just met the mane six (everyone was there, even Spike), and I've become their new friend. To get to know me better, they've invited me to some sort of party(surprisingly not held by Pinkie). It was night time and we were all riding to the party in a carriage (like in The Best Night Ever, only it wasn't an apple). All the ponies were inside the carriage, while Spike and I were sitting at the front, where the reigns would be. We pass through some old lady's farm, where she was growing strawberries and grapes (Don't ask me why those two fruits, I've no idea). I see Pinkie reach out and take one strawberry hanging from a plant, so I do the same, only I reach for a grape that was already harvested and put in a crate. As I reach for the grape, I accidently topple the crate and smash it. All the grapes spill out and are crushed. I actually felt kind of worried, but the dream kept going. The carriage stops outside some sort of big tent where the party was, and everyone gets out. Out of freakin' nowhere this old pony (kinda looking like Granny Smith) comes out of the darkness and yells at us. She says something about her whole grape crop being ruined and that it was all our fault. Now, the key moment for me in this dream was when the old pony started blaming Pinkie Pie specifically. She was absolutely attacking her and for some reason, the other ponies and Spike weren't there. It was just me, Pinkie, and the old pony. The dream sort of waited at this moment and I knew that if this was any other dream, I would've ignored what was happening, but this was a different situation for me. I finally go up to the old pony and I confess about breaking the crate and ruining everything. She looked furious but then she sorta disappeared. The other ponies came back and they were admiring my honesty, I guess. Twilight speaks some little life lesson thing as she usually does in the show but I don't know what she specifically said. They drag me into a group hug and then........" It ends. I didn't even get to the party. I wake up feeling extremely confused and shake for some reason. I've never had a dream that detailed and coherent and some of you migh call bullsh** on me, but I swear the events of the dream went exactly like that. I don't know why I was urged to post this but it might be to ask your opinions of this- Have any of you ever had a dream about ponies, or am I that far gone? Have I got over the freakin' deep end, forever destined to love ponies? Am I taking this more seriously then I should??
I was in the middle of a /serious/ dream that involved a Porshe that could fold up into a briefcase when my friend randomly broke out: "All you gotta do is take a cup of flower, add it to the mix"
Huh, I had a weird dream that's still repeating over and over again every night. It involves me, Fluttershy, a forest, and Applejack. And no cloppable material.

Don't worry I had plenty of weird dreams also. One in particular last night was so real I actually felt the pain but the pony dream was a couple nights. I wake up in the middle of the night to a knocking outside. I go outside I'm kidnapped. Everything goes blurry I end up in the colorful place. I'm greeted by a wonderful colorful pony which I assumed as rainbowdash. Then I fell and woke up.
Actually, my dream went like this Me, still human, wake in a forest. I can't really tell much except that it looks a bit cartoony. But, you know, a forest is a forest. I feel asleep because I'm tired as hell, still. From there, I wake up in a stack of hay, and I hear a noise. From there, I tune my hearing to focus on it (I love this about my eyes and ears, that I can do that) and who do I hear? FLUTTERSHY. She's speaking to Applejack about some wierd creature that she found in the forest, yadda yadda because it's all boring stuff about what-the-hell-am-I kind of thing which involves her going to Twilight who has no idea on what could I be (from description alone) and that's when it hits me. I'm in Equestria. Yes, it hits me several hours after it becomes obvious with Fluttershy. From there on, there's something about me going to Princess Luna to try and make me become a pony, and then I get banished to the moon and I die from lack of oxygen as I'm not a super-powerful being like Princess Luna, and the end. Although I should modify it to have Rainbow Dash x Gummy.
I'm not 100% sure, but I was the same size as the others, so I think I was a pony. It's just really weird that the first dream I've had in ages that I can recall is about ponies. Oh, i forgot to mention this but I think Rarity was flirting with me, if only the dream lasted until I got to the party....damn..... I didn't even get a chance to talk with Fluttershy.
I've had a dream about ponies- at least, it may have been about something else but then somehow Twilight was thrown into the mix and we sang a duet of Winter Wrap-Up while working outside. I forget what we were doing, and the duet wasn't as awesome as I wish it was. Mostly because there was no music. I'm also not sure if I was a pony or not. I want more pony dreams. Especially one that I could control. What are those called again? Lucid dreams? I'll go with that. Anyway, a pony lucid dream would be awesome because then I could be my OC and be friends with the mane six, fly around, and maybe even race against Rainbow Dash. That would be incredible, but I've never had a lucid dream of ANY kind, so that kinda brings a damper on things.
Oh, thank goodness! I was thinking about posting a thread just like this, but I haven't had any dreams as vivid, at least in terms of pony content, as yours yet (see below), so it does not come off as joking/trolling. I don't call BS, because I know what you speak of is the truth. I'm exactly the same way. The majority of dreams I have I can remember in detail, even some I've had over a decade ago while others I forget completely, and most of the time they are just plain weird and make no sense whatsoever. As for me, I haven't had a dream only about ponies yet, but there have been bits and pieces of MLP or MLP-related content in them. I actually had one last night. I don't remember the dream in detail though, it was mostly about preparing for some kind of cataclysmic storm (oh yeah, I forgot to mention I dream about storms a lot too), but for some reason in the dream, young Twilight Sparkle came up to me and was complaining about how nobody loves her and all the other ponies are favorites. I gave her a hug and consoled her, and then someone came up to me, I think it was Spike. I couldn't see him very well, but the voice sounded like his and he asked me what I was doing. For some reason, and I don't know why, I became angry and said something like, "Can't you see how hurt she is?! Why don't you understand that Twilight needs to be shown some love too!" and then the dream ended abruptly. Maybe the cataclysm happened. I actually woke up feeling sad for a little bit. About a week ago I had another one, but the dream itself was totally unrelated, except for one part. I'll put the unrelated portion in spoiler tags for those that just aren't interested. Spoiler: Unrelated Portion I was outside at a picnic table and it was nighttime. There was no moon in the sky, only stars, and all of a sudden two UFO's came up and had these bright searchlights searching the area. As soon as the lights started shining, I began to hear music. It was Jackle App's "Yay! Cupcakes!" and all of a sudden, when I heard Pinkie's voice, I got extremely nervous. I don't know why, but I was just scared out of my mind and I didn't want the UFO's to find me so I hid underneath the table. Throughout the entire song, they kept searching and I noticed bright flashes as if they were taking pictures. They did shine their lights over the table I was under, but never found me. Then as the song almost ended, they disappeared over the horizon, but the strange thing was that the song kept playing and I was still scared. The dream ended when the song ended. I woke up sweating and my heart was pounding frantically. Very, very weird. Related Portion for those that skipped it: The related part is it had Jackle App's "Yay! Cupcakes!" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRgDHz3jo4w) in the background, and for some reason, when I heard Pinkie Pie's voice in the song I got extremely nervous and when the dream ended I woke up sweating and my heart was pounding frantically.
Dreams of ponies, actually, I almost never remember my dreams, is so strange to me, I lie in the bed, whit vage thoughts or remembering someting that help me to sleep, but then, when I get sleep, I feel like, one second or minute after, I wake up, and is morning already, like the 8:40 AM, I always wondering myself, why I dont dream? T_T
Thanks for answering everybody, good to know other people have the same views on such an odd topic. Thinking back on the dream, the best part of it to me was defending Pinkie and being a part of a pony group hug. I know that it was all fake but it's weird how dreams make it feel so real at that moment. I do hope I get another one. As for your dream ePONYmous, I probably would've had a heart attack. UFOs freak me out, cause I'm reminded of the X-files theme *shudder*
I still haven't yet had a dream about ponies yet. I've been listening to my MLP Playlist everyday while sleeping, and the most I normally get it just a slight glimpse of each of the mane 6. Hopefully I get a dream as vivid as you.
but I think, actually, who needs to dream about ponies?, well to me, that never remember my dreams, is enought just to use my "IMAGINATION", and make a little storie or just play( not in public of courseXD)jeje. also the "fanfics" help to grow up more the imagination.(dont judge me for play whit imaginationXD)
Well, you do raise a point in that using your imagination to create a story, but with dreams, you get to feel like you're quite literally IN that story, for however short a time. It may not last as long as a story, but it can be far more vivid.
