Yeah, so, in summary, Bownty gets very drunk (he had 4 bottles of wine, if not more alcohol) on the radio and livestreams it, and everyone else seems to approve of it, but me. Nah, drunk is a status effect, also known as intoxication. When used in a responsible manner it can increase the enjoyment levels of the intoxicated without bringing harm to others. Of course, I haven't seen any harm done to others, so uh... *shrugs.* That's my opinion as an older member.
I've been on the radio all night, and as far as I can tell no rules have been broken. Nobody is swearing, posting NSFW stuff or being offensive. *shrugs* If someone is drunk, that really isn't indicitive of the fandom or the forum as a whole, that's just humans being humans. As long as they abide by the rules, I don't see an issue with it, so long as they drink responsibly. Admittedly, I was slightly intoxicated on tonights radio, so I might be the problem. but other than a few spelling errors I haven't broke any rules, as far as I'm aware.
I was not here for the first half of Bounty's DJ session, so I wouldn't know anything behind the point where I joined in. However, I have not seen or heard of any profanity or mature discussion while I was there. Only swear I've heard was from a couple of songs that are on the radio as per normal.

This is a very serious accusation, so i'd like you to send those chat logs to an admin. If something outrageous really did happen, the staff will review the situation. That said, if no rules were broken then there's not really any problem.
Chat logs added. To address everything so far: I saw him drink more than one bottle of red wine. A rough estimation of his blood alcohol percentage would be about .1%, though extremely rough. I'm not an alcohol expert, so I don't know how much alcohol is in the wine or Bownty's weight. You are right, there was no profanity in the chat, but getting very intoxicated on the radio and livestreaming it is... odd. Bownty wasn't drinking in a responsible matter. Having 4 bottles of wine and planning on drinking most, if not all of it, isn't responsible. Yes, there was no NSFW stuff being posted. I saw him drink a whole bottle of wine, and more. It is not drinking responsibly. Some alcohol is okay, but more than a bottle of wine, definitely not. I'm really more concerned about Bownty's health. Still, I don't want to be around people who don't disapprove of intoxication. I made some mean comments in my post, I apologize for that. I need to reorganize my words in it.
Despite the fact that no rules were broken, i think behaviour like this is unacceptable. Sure having a few drinks doesn't hurt anyone except he who drinks. But to use the livestream of a My Little Pony radio stream to show yourself drinking such an amount of alcohol is outrageous. Bounty (or any other staff member) has no permission to use the livestream for personal ends unless approved by an admin. That's one thing i can say for certain.
Finished reading the logs. I didn't see anything wrong with what was being said. Just looked like a bunch of idiots having a good time. The stuff being played on the radio when I went in? That's a different story entirely. It's also a different topic, so I'll leave it out. I think Bounty was fine with what he was doing.

I have to say i agree with OP. While nothing rude was said and no one was harmed during it, there ARE children that visit this site and probably attend those streams. I think i understand what the OP is saying because it's not appropriate for some random man to be getting drunk on a livestream involved in an MLP community that of which kids participate in. I'd say just refrain from drinking on a live stream like that especially so excessively. :/
