Our group valiantly charged into Green Port to expel the zombies and give the citizens right to claim it all back!... ...or so they thought. After killing a few hoards of zombies, the group cornered a zombie capable of speech! Listening to their story, the group decided to turn their backs on the mission and prevent the townsfolk from retaking the town... for noble reasons, of course. Now the citizens of Green Port will have to relocate, but the zombies get to live to see another day. Yay! Thoughts? Concerns? Comments? I won't be awake to see them, I'm going to bed. Good night.
And so began the Flamebreaker x Marigold shipfics. I really enjoyed this one, it was a ton of fun, and I liked how we actually got a diplomatic situation happening, even if it didn't turn out so good.
It was fun, especially because I could play the whole session, as my mother allowed me to play until 4 AM, and I could finally try out my new strategy. Shame Legion wasn't there the first part, who was part of the Cheetos Trio ^_^ Chipitós! Olé! Other than that, I think I kind of took the role of the leader... Was pretty fun, actually... But again... No damn Achievements... Whyyyyyy?!
I had a lot of fun! I was just doing my own thing and taking Grey's leadership as him just giving me advice, which was amusing. I did manage a really lucky roll with a dual strike tacked on, which netted me two achievements in one go. That was the highlight, other than finding a talking zombie! I never would have guessed, and I definitely felt a pang of guilt from what I learned about the zombies we had killed earlier in the game. It was really cool seeing the group fully agreeing on helping out the zombies. I hope that you get to feeling better though, Jhera! You did a great job of GMing while being super sick!
Thanks, Ember. Managed to throw up one last time before getting to bed, but I feel fantastic now! And thanks for the praise as well. There were a few moments where I just wanted to end it and go to bed. For everyone involved, sorry about how I acted. My stomach started making me REALLY cranky, so I started snapping at people.
