No a lot of infos needed. Just tell everypony if you're the kind of pony to take the control of the conversation or to follow other's ideas, so it might help when the situations become... Hard to handle. And also, if you're going to switch characters during the RP. I shure won't change, but i'm kind of abusive. So watch out... And i won't take the lead, unless the RP is going nowhere.

"Everyone's welcome to this expedition. I'll only say this: don't tell anyone you want to go back when we'll be in the face of danger. First, we're going into the deepest area, where we should find some real beasts. I need people who could help me take some of rare artefacts located in some old ruins. Even if thoses ruins are some myths, proofs of their existence have been confirmed by Luna and Celestia themselves. We're going, in the best conditions, leave for a month or two, and we bring nothing but weapons. Food will be dispendable in tthe forest. Just telle nothing to Fluttershy. Is everypony with me?"
Jhera simply looked towards the pony making the speech. 'Don't run away if we run into trouble? Hah, I'm not stupid. I value my life more over some old bricks and rocks.' He raised his hoof. Without waiting to be called upon, Jhera said "Yes, I'm totally psyched for coming, but I REALLY can't fight. Is there any way I could stay back and...I dunno..." He thought for a moment. "I suppose I could sit back and help anypony who manages to get themselves hurt?" He thought as hard as he could and eventually found the recipe for a healing mixture in the back of his mind. "Yeah, if you get hurt, just come to me!" he exclaimed to anypony nearby who would listen.

Cal screams "Sir Yes Sir" to the Leaders speech then he hears someone wants to back out and stay back it seems to be the only healer for now Cal says whatever anybody can do to help us now seeing hows theres mostly armed ponies i doubt theres many of any other class of pony

He would not otherwise put himself in danger, as although his magic is powerful, he is rather slow and has little physical ability to fight. Personality: He is fairly serious, although he does have a sense of humor. He also hides his feelings, intentionally or not, from everypony around him very well. Although he is not a particularly violent unicorn, when provoked he is fearsome indeed, though it takes quite a lot to anger him so.
Silver Shield arrived, out of breath. "I -huff- apologize -gasp- for my -puff- lateness, but..." He paused a minute to catch his breath. After he had done so, he continued: "I had a few last-minute adjustments to make." He gestured to the odd looking contraption on his back, which held the appearance of a shiny metal turtle with several wires coming out of it. He looked around at the gathered ponies. "Is everypony else ready to go? Or is there somepony still coming?"
Jhera glanced towards the late arrival. He had already spoken enough, so he left the stallion to the mercy of the others. What a boring day this had been. He had been promised an expedition into the Everfree forest, but all that had been done is talk, talk, talk! He was sick of talking! There were specific flowers in that forest he needed to extract from. When could they be leaving! He lifted his front hoof and kicked some dirt into the air.
Silver stared at the assembled ponies. One of them appeared to be digging his hoof into the ground. The others were not really paying attention to him, either. He shrugged; he didn't mind. He'd prefer to be ignored anyways, unless he had something of use to bring to the group. He walked over, sat down, and began messing with his contraption. If they were going to wait, he might as well put his time to good use.
"I guess we can go. Even if somepony would like to come, they just have to follow our traces in the forest."Said Saul. "One by one, choose your weapons." On a metalic panel, various weapons were hanging, such as sword, spears, and even guns, crossbows and advanced technologies. "And if you don't want to leave with anything, i touhght everypony would at least take some dagger or some kind of short blade. Feel free to carry what you like, but don't drop it in the forest: the weapons you'll take will be your charge, and nopony else" "Also, i want everypony to at least become some friends: the more we get attached to others, the more we'll have a good defence. Are all of you ready to sign theses contracts? You know, in case you got hurt? I know Jhera could heal and have some medecine ready, but in case of death, i surely won't be able to get more than 3 or 4 pony to live again, if your bodies are in good condition. And i name Rex my second: if i appear to turn insane or if i'm not able to take the lead, he will do my job. Thanks to everypony here. As i already said, this is serious business. No one knows what we're going to find. Origins of life? The truth about existence? Or some dark spirits? Is everypony ready for challenge?" Saul turned to Jhera. "And, especially for you, i'll get you a protective sphere. You need to be protected from harm to heal everypony." Saul turned to Fluttershy, and gave her a sign. She left. "Hunt for surviving. That's all i have left to say. You kill the beast, you have the right to share food or not. Everypony free but no offense will be tolered. I want to keep good memories from this, as anypony probably wants."
"Hmm?" said Silver, his ears perking up as he heard the words "Protective Sphere". "I could protect him," said Silver. Then, not wanting to appear too forceful, he said, "Or he could try to use my Generator, but...well...it's not perfected yet. It still works most of the time, though." He looked at everypony until he realized that none of them had the foggiest idea what his ridiculous contraption did. "Oh, sorry. This is my latest invention, designed to allow any kind of pony to have a portable force field. Of course, it has to be magically recharged by a unicorn occasionally, but otherwise the pony wearing this should be completely independent. Er, if it works perfectly." He turned to Jhera. "Actually, if you wear this, it would probably be a good idea to stick close to me anyways, for multiple reasons: I can put up a replacement shield if it malfunctions, I can attempt to fix it if it malfunctions, and finally, I can recharge it if it runs out of magic. Not very efficient, but still easier on both of us than if I had to keep a magical barrier around you myself..." He didn't really have any sort of familiarity with weapons, so he didn't bother to take one. He wasn't physically strong, anyways; he could defend himself with magic better than any weapon.
"Perfect. I name you Jhera's protector. Anypony else is having some machines or special talents?"Saul turned to Rex. "Now, i'll need somepony to take theses sheets on the desk and give one to all of us, while i go and see fluttershy to give her our destination and itinerraire. In case of danger, i mean, something we can't handle, i'll send her a signal, and she'll be able to join us and handle the beasts." "Is anypony ready? Once we got it signed, we leave. Take your weapons if you haven't, before you sign." Saul left to see fluttershy upstairs.
"hmmmm..... lets see whats on the weapon rack well seeing how i have my pistol w/ laser sight and rapid fire i guess i need some melee type of weapons i guess i'll use this knife for tactical reasons and take a katana for full melee assault lets see what we got here oh heres the holsters for the knife and katana i guess i'll take this bow in case my gun jams"
