has anybody ever used a exercise wrist watch and if so is it accurate or is it even worth it? i happen to be the type of person to wear a sports watch all the time and i dont have any health problems or have to monitor anything about my body as far as blood presser or heart rate but i was thinking of getting one and have no idea what i would do with it. i mainly want it just because i thought it would be neat to have and would make checking up on things when i exercise easier. type of watch i have - black G shock with red lettering made of rubberish plastic kind im thinking of getting watch me come back and edit this again later
