    I want to make a pony plushy and was wondering... What is the best pattern and fabric for this? My preference is moderately visible seams and very cuddly also an easy one to work with would be nice too.

    I would try terry cloth. It is a very easy fabric to work with, and would give your work a truly unique appearance.

    Most high quality plushies get made out of Minky. It's extremely soft micro-fiber fabric and makes for awesome plushies. It is more expensive obviously, but I only buy plushies made with this fabric.

    Fleece and felt are other less-expensive but still good alternatives.
