Once you are ready, you may begin. You are all being escorted by the military to Big Mountain, where you will call home for a long time. This is to help with a starter, so i hope you all enjoy the RP.
"Well, since we're all living near each other, why dot we get to know one another?", wraith asked in a cheery tone, his smile concealed by his rebreather
"Well, my names Damian Hoof, grandson of the Outlaw Robin Hoof, though I am nothing like that. In fact I'm Trottinghams Sheriff."
"I'm uh... I'm Paradom..." Paradom said sheepishly. He tried to remain at the back of the group, trying to avoid conversation the best he could.
"Geez, calm down… parry…", wraith said, then turned around & continued on, whistling for his dog, & said,"the names wraith, & this is my dog curly…", then he gestured to a white husky
As the six recruits were escorted across Big Mountain, they gained alot of attention due to their backgrounds. The scientists treated them the nicest, the soliders guarding the complex however did not like to be disturbed. All of the Eternals were busy, with only one of them remaining behind to oversee the new recruits. They were all escorted into what appeared to be a large concrete room, with a large jumbotron sized electronic leader board overlooking the training facility. Several stairs also led up to a room that also was positioned at the same height of the facility, with the head scientist of Big Mountain and the head scientist credited with the creation of Project Eternal, Dr Time Turner, watching as they gathered in a line. Inside the room was another pony, but he stayed in the shadows as he watched. Dr. Turner began to walk down the stairs placed in the middle of the room as he walked down happily. "Welcome to Big Mountain, your new home for many days to come. My name is Dr Time Turner and the head scientist of Big Mountain and the scientist who created Project Eternal. You will first be training for the next six weeks alongside the Eternals. You will be augmented soon enough. Don't worry, they have a 95% success rate, with the other 5% being the chance of error." Soon, the recruits names were displayed on the leader board with all of them currently number one on the leader-boards. The Eternals names were absent from the absence of all but one. #1: Crimson Lionheart "Crimson is our best Eternal. Even before his augmentations, he was an unnaturally precise shot. He is also your mentor for today lesson." Turner told them.
Parry continued to try and distance himself but not completely abandon the group. He peered over at his new instructor through his glasses, observing Crimson's riot gear.
"Same here. Looking at that board it seems they'll be some friendly competition to get second. As that Crim guy will be top. He's already augmented for tarturus' sake."
"Crimson, could you come down here please?" Turner called out across the seemingly empty training room, until a figure wearing a black riot gear suit came walking down the stairs. The Elite Riot Gear itself was intimidating as it was, but the sheer presence of Crimson walking down the stairs was enough to send shivers down their spines. Crimson, per name wise, had his Crimson Red coat. His purple and yellow mane came down to his neck, and had to wear a black eye patch due to an injury he sustained last week in training. He stood next to Turner proudly, yet had no current expression on his face. "This is Crimson Lionheart. He is ranked #1 on the Project Eternal leaderboard and is the best of the best. He is classified as Hyper-lethal: there's only one other Eternal with that rating, Ocean Wave who is #2 on the leaderboard. By Crimson alone, entire Zebrican military corps have disappeared. That's at least 45,000 dead Zebra's alone. He has also never failed a mission. He will not only be your mentor for today's lesson, but also a possible squadmate once you are skilled enough. Enjoy yourself's." Turner finished before he went back upstairs to watch training. Crimson smiled at the group, he already liked what he seen. "We shall skip to pleasantry later, training begins now. It's all of you against me, don't disappoint me."
Hearing about Crimson's killcount and success rate, Parry knew what the outcome would be one-on-one against him. He slowly scooted behind Damian to hide himself.
"We shall start with something basic, hoof to hoof. We also have Kendo sticks, and several different sword styles as well for practice as well. My personal favorite is the paintball lessons, but we cannot do that since the other Eternals want to see you perform that test. Oh, and when Dr.Turner said that entire military corps have been wiped out by me, that is not my total killcount. That was my highest in a single day, back almost four years ago." Crimson got into stance as he then looked at his new recruits. If they 'passed' or yet alone survived, they were worthy of becoming legends. "Dr, hope you and your team are ready to take notes." Crimson called out as he looked up towards the ceiling and began to speak to it, causing the new recruits of the program to raise an eyebrow. "M.A.X, could you add these gentlemen onto the leaderboard." "Of course sir, adding data now. Hope you enjoy your training session with your new recruits." responded a male voice speaking in a British accent. The program that had responded was M.A.X, a highly advanced artificial intelligence program developed by the scientists at Big Mountain that help them with their daily lives. He also was also one of the Eternals best friends when it comes to their personal lives. "Excellent. All of you can attack at once when you are ready." "Now, let's begin shall we?"
"Okay, let's do this but first we need a stratergy." he gestured to the others to come over so they could discuss one.
"I'm not the best with plans, I come up with things on the spot as I'm doing other things…", wraith replies softly
Parry peered out from behind Damian, whispering quietly, " We're dealing with a highly trained machine of death, enhanced with probably genetic testing, who managed to take out an entire corp in a day. This guy is basically death incarnate. My assessment: We're boned. Recommend putting little resistance to minimize aggression."
Crimson stood back and decided to wait until the recruits were ready discussing their battleplan. If they manage to impress him, then Crimson would be very pleased about the militarys choice to select these recruits. They were only recruits for the program, and not the military. "Go ahead, attack when you are ready." Crimson said, bringing out a small book to read while they were discussing.
