He wears a black Ulysses Duster with a matching chest plate from reinforced mark 2 combat armour. He has Blast Back Ginger hair and a rough beard, alongside blue eyes. He usually wears Authority Glasses alongside a bandana to keep his hair out of his face. Personality: Can keep quiet sometimes, but generally is a social person. Speaks coldly when angry. Unbelievably dangerous when angry. Background: Born in New Arroyo, Damien’s father was Adrian Winters, the legendary Chosen One and mayor of New Arroyo. Ever since he could walk, Damien was trained at a superhuman level by his father due to him having high expectations of his son. In 2258, by the time he was 15, Damien became the youngest NCR Ranger in the Republic’s history. While a short lived controversy ran amongst the Rangers, all superiors were left in absolute surprise at the child of Adrian, who could kill eight battle hardened Rangers with nothing but his bare hands. Entire Legion camps, military and slave alike, wiped out. Legionary assassins, all never returning to Caesar. Entire Centurion and Praetorian cohort’s, obliterated by a single man.
