My first actually attempted picture. I think it came out nice, except for the horrid clouds in addition to Cloudsdale in the background...yuck. On the left is Fernleaf, and on the right is Jhera. Just wondering what y'all think of the picture (or if anyone could draw my OC alone in a white background, I had to draw this discreetly and I'm done for a while)
What I can tell at first look... 1) You used Paint I presume? 2) You've done a good job over all. 3) I presume it took a couple of hours? 4) Your not giving yourself enough credit. For a first drawn pony its Very, very, good! Thats just my opinion.
If this was done in paint, it's good. I messed with paint once, that was a mistake. Paint is a hard program to draw with. Not sure if you used tablet or not, but if you didn't this is even more impressive. The detail you put into is great,even if only minor to the picture. Cloudsdale in the background, the flowers, the filly. I'm guessing that you had fun while making this and seeing the effort you put into it makes it something worth being proud of. I actually made this using SAI, but my lack of a tablet makes it look like paint. The entire picture was done over the course of about a week and a half. I had to do it discreetly since my parents think I'm gay already (which I'm not ). Also, Pixel, if you could make a rendering of Jhera...I dunno, holding a flower or something, that would be fantastic!
I flower o.0 Oh god, I have to try something not pony.......um.......panic. I jest, I'll see what I can wipe up. SAI is a great program, I use it for all my stuff, the lack of a tablet is kinda a bummer. As for the parents think you're gay thing, I'm the same boat. YAY boat buddies.
Doesn't have to be holding a flower, I just added that for a bit of variety. No, do whatever you want with him. He could just be standing and looking off in a random direction for all it matters.
