Hello everypony! Foxytail here again with another community post. Let's get this rolling! First of all, I've done a bit of tinkering on the site and have implemented a new area. We mentioned it before, but we didn't really have it working the way we wanted to until now. So, I introduce you to the moon! Spoiler: themoon This is an area you are sent to if we feel you've done something wrong and need some time to think about what you've done. It lasts 1 week and this place allows you to post a thread and talk to the staff about why you were put there and what we're going to do about it. It's not a ban, and you'll still be able to use private messages, but you'll be prevented from using the rest of the forums for the seven days it's in effect. I have asked the staff to use this instead of insta-banning users so we have a chance to talk to you before it goes to that level, which I hope will give us the chance to avoid unfair punishments and learn about the situation so we can sort things out properly. One would hope I won't be seeing anyone in there, but if I do, I'll make sure to personally get involved to ensure you are treated fairly, so don't worry if you are sent there, you will be treated fairly. We've listened to your opinion and the staff are now organizing fanfic readings for the radio. We're sorting out the when and how, so I'd like to ask if there's any particular stories or ways you want us to do it. Would you like us to try and get the author to read it, or the radio staff, or perhaps you guys? How would the fics get chosen? Please send any and all ideas to this threadand we'll talk out the ideas and make this happen! As well as the fanfic readings, we're doing our best to make regular game nights, though scheduling and hosting is proving difficult. Can I ask that you post what games you have and what times are good for you in this thread please so that we can arrange a regular time to get together and have some fun! Those with good connections or a lot of games please let yourselves be known so that we know who to contact if a game needs a host. Tyro the Fox has come to me with a very interesting idea. He had the idea to make an Everypony.com game! Currently working on it solo (the brave, wonderful man!) he's thinking of ideas and characters to put into the game. From what he's told me, it involves a lot of ponies from the RP section of the forums, so if you have an interest there then you might want to talk to him about this. If you'd like a cameo, to share ideas or offer help, be sure to contact him through his profile! After talking with the staff, we have devised a way to help you guys show your appreciation for them. That will come in 2 forms: DJ of the month and Cheerilee's Gold Star. DJ of the Month will be decided by you, the radio viewers and forum goers! Every month, a poll will be made with a list of the DJ's. Vote for the DJ's you feel deserve the prize, and the votes will decide the DJ of the Month. Cheerilee's Gold Star will be decided by me, but you guys will have the chance to influence the choice! I'll be making a tally chart of all the staff members. When a staff member does something I feel was very good judgement, they'll earn a gold star. The one with the most stars will earn the achievement and a prize of some sort. How do you help me decide you ask? It's simple. I cannot be everywhere and many staff members do things I don't see. If you feel a staff member deserves a gold star for something they've done, be it a good performance, they've helped someone out or have generally been a good guy Fancy pants, you let me know and I'll give them the gold star for it. It's that easy! EDIT: A thread made by Yetione has been sent to me. I think it's a good read and speaks close to what we believe, so I'd like you all to read and discuss it. The thread can be found here so please check it out! Lastly, I haven't had anyone PM me about a mention in the community post yet. Either you're all shy or modest, but either way, the offer is still there for any who'd like me to mention them or a friend. Just PM me their profile and what they've done. These are all great ideas. Although now I'm really curious to see what being on "the moon" is like. But I won't let my curiosity get the better of me.

How about this? I'll put up a thread later on next week...ish, explaining the hare-brained idea I came up with in greater detail. What I'll say now is that I have built most of the simplistic engine. Its going to be an RPG and is currently built in Java. That means we can host it online and we don't have to convert the program for Mac and Linux. Like Minecraft. While I've been building it alone so far, but...please...help...I got artwork, music and maybe even voice acting to figure out once the system is woking.
