This is a day which a lot have associated superstitions and curses with. Don't cross a black cat's path, if you break glass you get 7 years bad luck, that kinda stuff. But the real question is if this is all things that could happen or only happened by coincidence and made such a a day fearful for the foolhardy? Not sure which. But for each person either they believe in this day as cursed or don't.

Do you believe that you may get unlucky today, or does this not bother you?

Nope. I don't believe in all that. To me, Friday 13th is just another day.

Rumour spread around this number is a long-term phenomenon, which may take its origins in Christianity. Wherever it comes from, It has a large impact on several individuals. By considering "Friday 13" as unlucky day, some people transcend this idea: believing in fail they are to fail. And after doing so they are eager to avoid any pragmatical analysis of their own responsibility, because they already have an explanation. All this emphasise the power of superstitions.
