At one point, attempting to police this information superhighway would have been impotent and idiotic. AI Integration has helped policing by an incredible margin. They were able to be everywhere at once, far surpassing even the most capable officers. So much so, they were actually integrated into a human being. The AI would work with and boost the mind of the Officer or Solider enhanced their mind. The become sharper, smarter and more vigilant. This didn't stop at mental enhancements. Physical additions to their bodies to make them sharper and stronger seemed invaluable. Afteral, one enhanced officer could do more than 5 officers combined and steadily rising with each new advance. ~|~ This world is rich in technology. This city also hasn't had a security blind spot in over thirty years. The City of Candlefort has had a clean record for about fifty years. That's Fifty Years of clean streets, pleasant people and hard workers. This has since been lost due to a group led by one Princess Cottonpuff. Based somewhere just outside of the city, The Cottonpuff Brigade are part of what's left of the old Internet. A group dedicated to attempting to loosen the grip that the companies and government have on the people of Candlefort through protest. Right to Protest has to ordinarily be approved by a government committee. There is a 6% success rate. The Cottonpuff Brigade prefers loud, showy spectacles with colour and vibrancy. They want to capture imagination and attention. These are all illegal just from not receiving permission. The fact that they hack screens to display looping animations of some old cartoon, hijack pneumatic systems to fire confetti and make speakers loop something called 'The Pinkie Polka' over and over. They have proven to be quick and effective, managing to out fox even the enhanced troops. With the plans to move an intelligence chip prototype out to production to be installed within all citizens as a mandatory procedure, The Cottonpuff Brigade now has a definite target. Destroy this prototype and ensure it is never used on the population. They know what the 'enhancements' do to a police officer or a soldier. Specialist Skills: mainframe hacking, espionage and disguise Short Biography: Born into the upper echelon of society he was somewhat blind to the whole corruption and everything but after his tv got hacked and played nothing but sweet and elite and rarity takes manehatten for 2 hours straight he did some research and found out about the cottonpuff brigade. He dyed streaks of his hair purple and began learning how to hack and secretly watching mlp up to the 6th season where he then went out to contact Queen cottonpuff herself and join them.
