This has been mentioned several times before, but I have to repeat it. What this place lacks is a subforum where general aspects and issues both about the show and about the fandom can be discussed. For example, insights into the production. Or when Lauren Faust or Jayson Thiessen or Daniel Ingram said something of importance. Or when new episodes are announced. Or the release of a new blind bag wave (regardless of whether or not you Americans will see any of these, for we Europeans will). Or recently the fact that it has been Hasbro all the time having episodes taken off YouTube. Where would this go? Sure, we have the characters, episodes and stories subforums, but even "stories" is exclusively in-universe. We also have "General discussion", but that's mostly off-topic and so extremely active that any important discussion about the show or the fandom will be swamped by off-topic threads, besides, that's not where I'd look for the kind of discussion I'm talking about. Or is stuff like this not discussed on Everypony at all? Is it limited to imageboards like Ponychan and the comment section of Equestria Daily?
