Senator John Kennedy has just created and is trying to pass legislation that outright bans and blocks states from creating Net Neutrality legislation. If this is allowed to pass it'll for sure kill our chances of getting the CRA through and it could end with the FCC winning against us. However, he also claims that he will support the CRA. But this is to confuse Net Neutrality supporters to get them of his back so he can pass harmful legislation. He has been trying to hide it, but he has played his cards. He is an enemy of Net Neutrality.
