It's nice to feel welcome. Allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. A friend of mine mentioned I should check out Twilight Sparkle since my favorite color is purple. So I did, and I ended up watching all the episodes (up to this point) in 2-3 days. And I've been listening to quite a bit of pony music. Would that make me a brony even if I don't want to admit it? This morning I decided to create my own pony, Violet Mist. Since purple is my favorite color, she had to be all purple like Twilight. And similar to how Rainbow Dash controls the weather, Violet Mist controls the fog and mist, which is why her wings are slightly transparent. Finally, she has a little bit of Fluttershy's attitude. When she's scared, she can hide unseen in the mist. She also tends to be quiet and can sneak up and startle other ponies without even realizing it. Her cutie mark is a white cloud of mist.

I normally don't reply using colors, but in this case, I'll make an exception. I hope nopony minds. Hey there, Violet Mist! Welcome to Everypony! I hope you enjoy your stay with us! That sounds and looks like an adorable OC you have there. I also like fog and mist. My OC is actually an OC that can control the weather using his unicorn magic. As you may be able to tell by his cutie mark, his main talent is controlling lightning and thunderstorms, but he can also control other weather phenomena. Thunderstorms are my favorite kind of weather, which is another reason I chose it. Orange is also my favorite color, which is why he's orange, but a darker orange so it's easier on the eyes. Even though you may not admit it, you're still considered a brony. I'm the same way. I'm totally in the stable, but for me, it isn't really out of embarrassment, shame or anything like that. It has more to do with my IRL Fluttershy-esque nature. Anyway, I just felt I'd share that since our OCs have some things in common (e.g., colors based on our favorite colors and weather-control). Hello Violet Mist - Welcome to our herd! Yes, I'm not sorry to say - you, good, er, sir or madam, are a brony. Stand proud with the rest of us. I, too, am fond of mist and fog. I should - I grew up in the San Francisco area, and that was normal weather for us. Ah, it was beautiful. Unless you were driving, then it was annoying. Ah, well, I miss it.
