Another game plot came to mind. So call me crazy. I know I've got 4 groups running on the OoGL RP, but... here's a new plot. 5 or 6 ponies are sitting around their table, playing a tabletop game, when the PM gets completely frustrated at the others and declares the old cliche "rocks fall, everypony dies!" Frustrated, an argument breaks out, until a knock at the door is heard. When the GM answers the door, a crimson unicorn in a black cloak introduces himself as Eight Star. He claims that he has a better game they can play, and if they want to try it out, he's more than happy to GM for them. As a group, they agree, and show up in his "home" the next day. The place is nearly bare aside from some stones, and the table with the chairs. He lays out the rules... and so these average ponies go on to create their characters... This is kinda a bastardization of something me and Quill worked out, so I hope he doesn't mind. Actually, I hope he participates. However, you'll basically be, initially, your ponysona selves, making your characters to play this "game." What comes next... is the fun part. Sound interesting to anypony? Everypony would have to be a fairly active RP'r.

Hmmm... On one hand, using Silver would fit, since he's a nerd and likes Tabletop games... On the other hand, I want to use my new OC's soooo baaadd... Ohai, Eight Star. What do you think?
Well, you'd be Silver... playing as somepony else. As with most of my games, combat is quick and rare, focusing mostly on RP.
Think of... your ponysona playing as one of your pony OCs. Something like that. Or you could just be a pony OC playing as a pony OC.

For this RP I think I'll allow people to option of playing more than just ponies. Like griffons, for example. Also, dragons. Two types. Lastly, diamond dogs. They should be playable. My dragon choices are: Silvermane Drake - A flightless four-legged draconian that has the power to absorb a bit of elemental damage, and later turn it into a breath attack. Not friendly or unfriendly towards ponies, they're only a little bit bigger than a pony is. Nowhere near as big as the other dragon species. Itokahn Dragon - A humanoid draconian that also can't fly, but they have innate elemental powers depending on the dragon. They have a saiyan mentality of fighters-rule sort of thing. The only reason an Itokahn Dragon would help anyone else is to prove themselves, basically. Diamond Dogs and Itokahn Dragons are the least friendly of the species choose-able... but they do have opposable thumbs.
