Hmm, you mean the titles? It doesn't really matter whether you're a junior, member or Senior- Makes no difference. It just means you've either been on the site for a long time, been very active- Or probably a bit of both.
Nonetheless, Your title is based on your post count. Having many posts gives you different titles. You can get other titles from being staff and I think winning competitions too, and stuff.

0-749 posts= Junior

750-1999= Member

2000+ = Senior

I was a senior member.

Foxy started a custom title thing. It seems no one sent in any names. So no one got any custom titles. I actually find that rather funny.
