Hi Rockout, welcome to this RP thread. Let me give you the lowdown on what's happening c: It's set in the human world, at the amusement park sometime in the late afternoon when it's cooler. Three of the local bands have decided to pool together and rent the park's stage for the evening so they can play live to new people and friends from Canterlot high in the hopes of gathering a larger audience. The Story begins with the bands arriving early to drop off various equipment pieces and enjoy the various stalls before each doing their sets. After dropping off the equipment the members of the bands scatter off to enjoy themselves before the show. The bands are: Viver Rage *Moonlight Glare *Colour Blitz *Tempo (not using for this rp) *Black Rain (not using for this rp) the destroyers *Ruby *Lightning *Rosie *Zino *Maxx

Sorry it's taking so long, I'm a little slow to start but when we get going I'll be fine. ^u^ The members of each band scatter to form various little groups, then go off in search of some pre show fun (The group I'll use is made up of Blues, Nyte, Lightning and Moonlight). How do ya want the group to meet Rockout, Wild and Roxanne? Do they already know each other?
(They are acquaintances. Also, any out-of-character notes should be in parenthesis like this.) Rockette is there with his sister Roxy and his girlfriend Wild Awry. Rockette had served his 5th detention that week for unscrewing the valve caps on VP Luna's '69 Chevelle SS. Rockette: God, I'm really beat right now! She had me mop her office floor with a friggin' TOOTHBRUSH! Wild: Well, maybe you should just be a good girl and focus on your work instead of trying to get suspended! Rockette: PLEASE stop calling me a GIRL! It makes me uncomfortable! (BTW, just so you're not confused, male or female, I ALWAYS refer to Rockout/Rockette as HE.)
Moonlight challenges Lightning to a few rounds on a bb firing range while Nyte and Blues have a talk about things. It's during Blues' conversation that he notices Rockette, Roxy and Wild. Nyte: Man, I dunno how I'm gonna complete Mr Cranky's science homework... dude's given us a lotta work and not a lotta time to get it done... Blues: I wouldn't worry about it too much Nyte, It's some pretty difficult stuff but he'll probably only keep us back to finish it with him if we don't complete it. (notices Rockette, Roxy and Wild) Hey It's Rockette. Shall we go say Hi? Nyte: sure! Blues: We're just going to see someone guys, we'll be back in a sec. (Goes with Nyte over to Rockette Moonlight: sure Lightning: uh huh (hits target) beat that Moony. > Moonlight: Gladly, Sparky. (Nyte and Blues go up to Rockette and friends) Blues: Heya guys. Good to see you here
Blues: We've been getting ready to do a show here. Oh this is Nyte, one of my best friends and fellow band member. Nyte: Heyo brahs, Good to meetcha. (puts out fists for brofists) (so you know, I'm trying to make Nyte sound like a surfer dude. XD)
Nyte: (wonders why Wild and Roxy are giggling) Blues: oh by the way Nyte this is Rockette, Wild and Roxy. Nyte: Gnarly. (toRockette) by the way, that's a really cool Metallica tee. Blues: I second to that
Rockette: *looks down and pulls it up over his cleavage* Oh, thanks, dude. Wild: I got it for him... *gets elbowed by Roxy* HER when she transferred from Lexington High. *coughs* Roxy: So what time y'all go on? I heard y'all at sound check. Nice! Rockette: Oh, Blues, you might wanna back your highs off just a little since we're outdoors. Give it a little more mid to compensate.
Nyte: That's cool, 'cause I like play glam and am glam influenced, but thrash is too cool to pass up, Especially Metallica. Pity Lars slips up a lot in his live shows though. Blues: Good point Rockette, thanks. We have a couple of hours or so I think before we as Viver start our show with Rage up first in half an hour or so.
Roxy: What y'all gonna do in the mean time? Rockette: *whispering* Roxy. Roxy: In a minute, Rockette. *Rockette looks annoyed* Anyway we're going to check out some of the rides. Wanna come with? Wild: *slow cautionary tone* Roxyyyy? Roxy: *smirks and turns back to the boys* So, what do you say?
Nyte and Blues: (both agree to join them) Blues: I'd better bring Moonlight and Lightning along too, be a sec... (goes off to get them) (Blues returns with Lightning and Moonlight) Blues: back! Moonlight: hey c: Lightning: hello Moonlight: So we're joining you guys right?
*Rockette looks a little uncomfortable and stands timidly behind Wild* Roxy: You bet! Come on, the line for the ferris wheel isn't too long! *they make their way towards the ferris wheel with Rockette lagging 6 feet behind* Wild: *whispering sternly* Can you stop this? Look at him! *head points at a very concerned Rockette* Roxy: I'm not doing anything, Wild. *snickers*
Blues: ( To Wild) hey.. uhh is everything okay with Rockette? She's hanging back quite a lot. Nyte and lightning are talking to each other, so Moonlight decides to hang back with Rockette. Moonlight: hey, wassup?
*Rockette glances up but looks back down* Rockette: Oh, nothing. *thinking* Damn it! Thanks a LOT, Roxy!
Moonlight: I don't bite, you can tell me if something's up. (By the way, If you want to know a little about moonlight, her page is on the bronies wiki)
Rockette: *thinking* She wouldn't believe me even if I told her. *aloud* I just... well... I haven't really been myself lately. (Word has spread around the school about Rockette's antics.) (Nice Wiki page!)
