I can confirm that Airship was indeed, and still is, banned. This, of course, means that we have a ban evader on our hands.

I didn't know "Airship McHoof" trademarked the concept of making a poll asking to choose the best in a list of similarly-themed movies. Or the concept of posting a recently-released movie trailer and asking your opinion about it. I repeat: any CONCRETE evidence? All you have is conjecture.
You don't really need it, it's a moot point. Whether or not this is Airship if they don't repeat their past actions then I don't see it as an issue. Since the mods haven't banned NSM already I'm inclined to believe their not Airship.

I don't think we should point blame. And I don't see any proof on pages about random, seemingly, users of different forums. And unless an Admin tells NSM that he/she is in trouble, according to forum rules, we can't do anything about it.
