Your profile picture is different from your avatar. Go to setting and then Edit avatar. That should fix your problem.
How am I supposed to make an image 200 by 200? I used a image resizing program, and I could only get to a 300 by 350

You can't close accounts as far as I know. No need to rejoin or anything, I didn't know how to even embed pictures when I joined. you can give me the link here for the picture or send me a PM. Can you close my account for me? I know it seems like an idiotic question, but I'm being serious. I'm gonna remake this same account tomorrow. You know, if I close your account, you won't be able to take the same name for quite some time. It's probably best for you just to soldier on.

No. Nothing is gone. The only thing that really happens is that your account is deactivated, and sits there in the dark, unable to be used.
