Hello, from the middle of nowhere!

Hey everypony,
I might have jumped on the MLP train late, but it doesn't stop me from appreciating the show itself, and the awesome, creative community that it has spawned.
As for myself, i never been too big on fads, although i watched some fad videos, just for the gags, and one day while i was surfing the huge waves of trolling waters that is youtube, i struck this. Pony shaped gold. I looked at one video and clicked on the next one. Soon i found myself intrigued by these candy colored ponies, and decided to watch a few episodes. After watching the first episodes i felt conflicted, as i understood this show is meant for children and young women, but i watched some more, and more. At episode 15 or 16 i understood that this cannot be unseen, and that i have changed. And i liked it, alot.

This show is awesome, and is the best that has come out of the TV industry in years. This show was fresh, spunky and funny on a completely different level, other than that it was so positive, cheery, inspiring and that was just what i need.

Sometimes it feels like im the brony here in Latvia, lonely, isnt it? But i have places like equestriadaily and this place to share the awesomeness, so i dont really mind.

Now here i am, a week after, playing tunes from MLP on my bass, watching countless pony videos and posting on fansites.
So i guess the only way is forward,
And i like it,
Alot.

@Andy Im not from Riga, about a hour drive from the capital. It's nice to know that there are bronies in Latvia ^^
