Hello, this is my first post so i am brand new here. So I've just started drawing yesterday, I have really never tried to draw anything before so i think that this is really good for a beginner. Like i said I've only just started drawing yesterday, and this is my second drawing I have ever done. I need a little help on finishing it, all i have is the head and hair. I want to put a body on it but i just can't seem to get the body size just right. can anybody help me find out the length and width of the body and legs. What i have now is just under three inches tall and two and a half inches wide. Also if someone could help me name her that would be great!!! PS. If anyone wants to see my first drawing i did yesterday just ask and i will post it. it's a full body fluttershy.
I'll love to help, but I'm at work. I'm not the best at drawing ponies from the side, but I'm sure I can at least make a decent attempt to help. I just need to get home first. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
You don't need precise measurements of any kind. When drawing your supposed to be going for what feels right to you. Just go for it and draw out a body make the legs and body to a length and thickness your comfortable with. To be honest pony's come in many variety of sizes. So honestly you cant really mess it up.
