    I'm new here, shorta. and i just wanted to know if there will be a 3rd season of My little pony friendship is magic. im really scared that they have stopped making them

    There will be a 3rd season, but it won't be aired until sometime in October, i think.

    Season 3 just isn't finished yet. When do you think they're making these episodes? :derpe:


    Hint: there's a reason why we always have to wait 6 months for a new season.

    They could be pulling the 65 episode rule.

    The 13 episodes in season 3 will complete the 65, which would then leave DHX and Hasbro to decide whether they will truly carry on based on interest and sales. So Season 3 could be the last if all doesn't go to plan.

    Eh, I can live without episodes.

    Aye. I was actually just thinking about that a few days ago. Another reason that companies like to use the 65 episode rule is that they can sell the show title to other franchises as a 'package' for them to continue with. Although I don't think that Hasbro would be too willing to do that. Who knows.
