I'm TSparkleDash...I grew up with the original ponies and now am reliving the new ponies with my daughters. This is the one thing we all have in common and love to do together. I love that MLPs has been around this long. My first MLP was Megan and Sundance and I still have them. I still have the single stall and barn case with a baby pony or two. My oldest daughter likes the new generation the best (I hate to say that I do too) and she has spent years perfecting her drawings of them (my avatar is from one of her early ones). But there will always be a spot in my heart for the originals.
