Cuz...seeing others in pain really bothers me. A lot. And sometimes I can't help using profile themes that bother other people, too, due to certurn things being only nessasary to calm all my mental illnesses.... BUT, I wanna learn how to end the pain it causes others...a lot..... ;___;
Surround yourself with positive people. I myself have a lot of people that feel negative emotions, but I prefer to support them through it because everybody wants to be able to rely on a friend. If they're being negative towards YOU and you can't simply ignore/block them alone, do something that occupies your time productively or take part in a hobby. Drawing, writing, singing, sleeping etc. Do anything you can to calm yourself. Watch a favourite movie, invite a friend over, Skype, look up conspiracies on Wikipedia and so on.
Just ignore everything around you? It's a thing called empathy which can be a part of hormones... You need to teach yourself!
