    We barely saw anything of her. We saw her fail against six, rather stupid ponies and that was it. Why does everyone like her so much?!

    ...She definitely didn't fail against 6 stupid ponies, Nightmare Moon did. Luna is the innocent one who had injustice done to her. The thing that makes her so lovable is just that - she's so misterious, we know nothing about her, so we picture her as an almost perfect being.
