If I could I would stink If you would be kind enough to draw her, here's a description: Head: She has hair like Raritys, but it's light blue. Her eyes are blue as well. On her head she also has a black beret. Body: Her body is the same blue as Rainbow Dash. On her hooves she has brown lace up boots.

Going from your description, here's the best I could come up with in pony creator. Is this the sort of thing you were after? *EDIT* It appears Sparky also had the same idea as me XD
iPad. iPhones, iPads, etc. can't run Flash. It's why I'll get an Android when I move up to smart phone.
Not the YouTube that iPads use. They made some kind of deal with Apple or something, and the iPad's YouTube uses something else.

I did it rather swiftly. I think she looks like a cross between Rarity and Fluttershy. I've left the flank blank because no-one's mentioned a cutie mark and...I forgot the boots....Damn it!
I was skimming through various threads, stumbled upon this thread, and thought I would take a crack at making a little something. You will have to forgive the poor quality, since I did not take the time to clean the picture up at all. I really wanted a chance for some practice. I also noticed that I added wings when I probably should not have (I think I got that idea from a previous picture posted), so I am sorry if that was not supposed to be part of this. Also, the boots and hair...bleh, awful! If there are any improvements or critique, feel free to say so. Enjoy! Perhaps I will add color later!
Youtube also runs an Mp4 stream for all videos in all solutions the video is available, just for those who dont have flash. Apple refuses to let their devices support flash for a simple cause: They are greedy. With flash everyone could make apps very easyly, and could offer them for free, but apple wants every single app to run over their app store, so they can get money from those apps, which are good. of course there are some free apps, but they're mostly crappy, or small versions of such which cost money. Therefore i decided to buy a HTC not an iPhone, and because it has more functions and is cheaper. I hope now you know just one reason more to dislike apple. even though we're bronies a minumum amount of dislike is not wrong, sometimes.
