Basic idea: I actually got this idea from a dream 'series' I had years ago, basically; It has been about 20 years since an combined extremely severe economic collapse in the US and China pulled the rug out from under the basis of the globalized economy, causing the collapse to spread worldwide, destroying entire nations in a few years time. By now, the world had become the exact opposite of what it was before the Collapse; extrodinarly localized with trade across distances longer than 100 kilometers being extremely rare. Nations no longer existed, replaced instead by city-states and tribes. This persisted for a small time before a highly trained and very well force arose from somewhere in the US that simply referred to itself as "the Military", lead by a mysterious man only known as the "Supreme Commander", and it has only one stated goal; to end the time of disunity and unite the entire world under one banner. However, its tactics are extrodinarly brutal. Shall you try to resist and risk annihilation, or will you serve them and support their mission of global conquest?
