Along the world, a rare group of people have been born, or later developed, incredible superhuman abilities. While some of these abilities could be simple or complex in nature, many have used their newfound abilities for a variety of things. For as long as there has been evil, the forces of good serve as heroes use their abilities to protect civilians from villains, natural disasters, or any other kind of harm. However, there are people who wanted to use their to benefit themselves instead of helping others, using them to commit evil and put innocent lives at stake. Within the modern age, many of the worlds governments have created their own hero organizations to encourage the huge amount of heroes willing to fight for the greater good. In the important metropolis of Port City sits the prestigious 'League of Heroes', where many of the best heroes operate to serve the public. But a conspiracy within the city is currently unraveling the very framework of life in the city, blurring the lines of good and evil, with a sinister plot being developed that threatens the very fabric of the world as everyone knows it.
