I had this idea a while ago, but I'm not really sure if people were interested or just didn't see it. So basically, here's what happens. Ancient artifact unearthed on Tython. (Jedi homeworld) Possesses many secrets about the force, but the Jedi Council is divided on whether it's an artifact of the dark or light side. Tensions rise, and eventually, a Jedi Civil War breaks out, which ends with a radical group detonating a mass shadow generator, (For those of you who didn't play KotOR 2, basically a hydrogen bomb on steroids.) on Tython, incinerating the planet, rendering it unlivable. A wound in the force like no other is felt by Jedi and Sith alike. A year later, Jedi Masters who were absent at the time of the detonation, along with millions of Jedi Knigts go insane and gain unusual force powers, such as fire manipulation and saber bending, as well as start a neutral faction called Ouroboros, seeking the destruction of both the Jedi and Sith, so that they are free to rule the galaxy. The Empire and Republic have been fighting them alone, but the only way they will prevail is by joining forces. But the real question is; Can they put aside their differences?
