I've just had two fantastic ideas for a roleplay, the last two idea thread made my me since i've originally had the ideas for the original Justice Society and Phoenix roleplays. Now that I'm more mature, and more creative in my ideas, i thought about sharing two of these ideas. Idea 1Currently in development under the name 'Project:Fatherland' ): In a different timeline, the Axis had won WW2. Europe is dominated by Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy, but some smaller nations are still around such as England and a United Scandinavia. Set in 1965, twenty years after Nazi Germany concluded the end of the war with an 'Explosive' ending on America, tells the story of resistance to the regime, atrocities committed under the name of the Führer and the Third Reich and a possible war between America & unconquered Britain or the now weak Soviet Union, which had started to dissolve. Idea 2: Second American Civil War: In 2024, America collapsed. After suffering through a brutal yet symbolic revolution, America became reunited and then dominated under the regime of a totalitarian government. Personal Freedom was gone, free speech was practically non existent and many suffered under their rule. After forty years under this regime, California in 2062 made the bold decision to secede from America. This was not only met with overwhelming support, but prompted twelve other states closest to California (to granantee their safety) to seceed from the American government, eventually united to form Belandia with Los Angeles as it's capital. While the new nation was formed, it was not recognized as an independent nation on it's own right. This "peace" between Belandia and America lasted until 2084, where America invaded Belandia to force the nation to rejoin the United States. This roleplay takes place in 2089, after a few years of fighting. The actions of the characters would determine if Belandia gains it's independence or the dream of Belandia is crushed and is made to rejoin America. So, what do you guys think. Let me know which you
I like both so its a hard pick, though personally I'd go with Project: Fatherland. Mainly down to the fact it seems similar to a book I've read called Dominion by C.J. Sansom.
