Ever since the start of the frist season we have been given many characters like chancellor neighsay and cosy glow, an some that we now know and love like Queen Chrysalis, and some to come like Lord Tirek in the end of season 8 but their is one thing that keep me thinking ever since the start of the season that is chancellor neighsay himself and princess celestia herself as well. Do this let us go back to the frist episode of this season 8, now if you do recall from princess celestia herself she did say and i quote from her. "Not even a princess can do whatever she likes when it comes to shaping young pony minds. The EEA ensures that whether it's unicorns studying magic, Pegasi learning weather, or Earth ponies researching agriculture, all schools are held to the same high standard. They'll need to approve your plan before you can move forward." Now this is important to note on her later on, but let it be absolute or constitutional monarch most monarchs on this world has done what i like to recall and that is "ministers" to see this let us define what is a minister and a chancellor shall we?. Chancelor: Nowadays the term is most often used to describe: The head of the government A person in charge of foreign affairs A person with duties related to justice A person in charge of financial and economic issues The head of a university Minister: A minister is a politician who holds public office in a national or regional government, making and implementing decisions on policies in conjunction with the other ministers. In some jurisdictions the head of government is also a minister and is designated the "prime minister", "premier", "chief minister", "Chancellor" or other title. So in question can a cancellor be a higher rank then a minister? Thought i havent found any prof that a chancellor is higher then a minister, their is no prof to say that a minister is higher then a cancellor since many countries have many definitions of their interpretations of what is a chancellor or a minister themselfs, so on this case we can say that on equestria a chancellor may well act like a minister like in some countries or secretaries in others. So thoes this mean equestria is a constitutional monarch? The answer is an absolute YES!!!! Now remember what i said before on the important note she said "Not even a princess can do whatever she likes ", now given the fact that she has a chancellor of the EEA who knows how many chancellors or ministers she has that we dont know of to help her on her daily task and important business that they do to help her keep of maintaining equestria . Also given the fact that many in our world monarchs are constitutional and very few absolute monarchs those who are with in the constitutional monarchy have to abby with in their constitutional rights, weather as absolute monarchs.... Well name me one abo*squee!*e monarchy country that has done well? And its still on to this day? So now that we made our point of weather or not chancellor neighsay is in fact or not from tje constitutional monarchy of equestria is up for debate. But would he use his power as chancellor to use a coup d'état to overtrow the princess celestia, luna, twilight and the main 6 all in one swoop? Thought it would be hard to do that since you would need a over largely size army to do that and the fact that the Royal guards are loyal to celestia, not only that but the fact that princess celestia has now allys from other nations to help her if that day comes, but it wouldn't be impossible how would it? Who is to say cosy glow, Queen chrysalis and lord Tirek would join forces to put an end to the rein of equestria and its allys once and for all?. Now i could be wrong in all of this i really wish so but as we saw before hasbro as put alot of puzzles before for its season finale and this is just one of themim making one idea of what might happen what's your's.
