is it safe for me to create a tulpa?

    I'm 13, but I am more mentaly developes than most. I think I am ready to comit to a tulpa, I have done my reserch, but I just want to know if there are side effects?I want to base the body off of a pony, but let it have its own carachter.The personality would incluxe positive traits. Nothing nwgativeI know tuplas cannot physicaly hurt you, but can they bwcome evil? And haunt you?I know they can be hard to get rid of.Can you talk to them in your head? Instead of outloud?

    It's just an imaginary friend.
    A tulpa is only as real as you believe it to be, so you will always be in control, even if it is at a subconscious level.

    He's right. To a degree. "it's only as real as you believe it to be" The danger comes from when you believe it to be a completely real being, and it not being the nicest thing in the world.
    A tulpa, from what I understand, is an imaginary friend, that is in fact completely real and it's own sentience, originated from your creation. so it's danger is based on how dangerous you make it.
    be safe, and it will be safe.
    be foolish, and it will be unsafe.

    Ok. I meditated on heer for an hour and she replies to my thoughts somtimws
    But no distinct voice. And I swear I can actually smell the cherry shampoo in her hair. She told me her name is haily. She talkes in my mind, but with no real voice.

    Still wlrking on her form.


    She also told me to stop keeping mhself up late and to get some sleep

    For me, a tulpa is just the seemingly all-knowing voice in your head that seems to know more about you than you do. It's always been here, and there was no need to create it.

    It isn't anything dangerous. Honestly, anyone who has made a fursona or any OC has made a Tulpa. But you should always remember that it is just a figment of your imagination.
