    Hey, I thought this might be cool-
    If we have like video chats, voice chats ect. If some of of don't have skype, and they have a video camera. :D
    Its just a idea.
    If you do it, it sounds like fun!

    It doesn't. And I wouldn't implement something like this. Ever. There are external services you can embed/install onto your server, but unmonitored P2P video/voice chats create an extreme liability.
